All prices quoted on this site are net amounts and exclude VAT. VAT treatment, including the reverse charge for EU business customers outside Poland, is described in section 5 of the Terms of Service.

6.Disputes and complaints
TracePath is offered to businesses, not consumers. We are not obliged to participate in, and do not participate in, consumer alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
Complaints about the Service follow the procedure in section 16 of the Terms of Service: write to [email protected], we acknowledge within 3 business days and answer within 14 days.
Complaints about personal data can be made to us at [email protected] or to the supervisory authority: President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland, uodo.gov.pl.
The agreement between us is governed by Polish law, with jurisdiction as set out in section 19 of the Terms.
